1 cup oleo
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flout
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Melt oleo in 8 qt. pan. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Spread all but 1 cup of this batter on greased jelly roll pan. Cover with large can of pie filling. Drop batter on top. Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes or until done. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting.

I like cherry pie filling. You can use 2 small cans, 1 apple & 1 blueberry, or any combination you want.
