3 cups of assorted nuts & seeds i.e. peanuts, almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, pepita seeds
You can either get a pre-mixed version of the above at your local grocery store or create your own.

1 cup dried fruit (you can do one dried fruit or a mixture): cranberries, raisins, blueberries, dates, prunes etc.

Raw organic honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl combine nuts, seeds, and dried fruit

Add the raw organic honey and stir while pouring until the mixture is wet

Spread mixture on parchment paper lined backing sheet and bake for 20 minutes

Cool and break into clusters or bars
