Ingredients:  
CREAM PUFF BATTER
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
5 eggs
CREAM PUFF FILLING
whipping cream
powdered sugar
strawberries [optional]

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring to boil the water and margaring or butter
2. Add flour
3. Remove from heat and add eggs; beating after each egg
4. Put the mixture into muffin tins
5. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes and then turn oven down and bake at 350º for 30 more minutes
6. Cool and at table fill with whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar to your likeness of sweetness
