2 egg white
2 sticks butter
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream or buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, set aside. Cream together softened butter, sugar, cream, and vanilla. Add in flour, soda and salt. Gently fold in egg whites. Drop by rounded spoonful onto greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until golden brown on bottom .
