Pizza sauce
Toppings [whatever your family prefers]
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 435º
2. Roll out and form pizza crust on your pan [ ! sparsely; add flour if the dough is tacky or it will not bake properly]
3. Poke holes throughout the surface of the crust so it does not bubble when rising
4. Place plain crust in oven for about 10 minutes [ depending on thickness] until the crust just starts to brown
5. Take out crust and add pizza sauce and your toppings
6. Put pizza back in oven until cheese and topping have cooked [ usually about 10-15 minutes]
