Ingredients:  
Add following ingredients and mix well:
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Add:
1 1/2 C. oil
4 eggs (one at a time, mixing well)
3 C. raw, grated carrots
1 C. chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake @ 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cool completely before spreading frosting over cake.
