2 lbs Shark fillets, 1/2 in thick
salt and pepper
white wine to cover
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/3 c sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 dash white pepper
1 diagonally sliced carrot
1 chopped red pepper
1/2 c broccoli florets
lettuce, fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, place fillets in single layer; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover fillets with white wine, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Drain,cool and break into bite sized pieces. Stir together mayo, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and white pepper. Toss fish with vegetables and serve in lettuce-lined bowl garnished with dill.
