2 lbs skinless shark steaks or fillets, thawed or fresh
1 c instant mashed potato flakes
1 packet garlic salad dressing mix
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potato flakes, dry salad dressing mix and pepper in shallow dish. Dip fish into egg and roll in potato mixture. Place fish in single layer on a well greased bake and serve platter, 10x6 in. Pour margarine over fish. Bake in extremely hot oven, 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested when a fork.
