Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 pound cubed steak, cut into strips
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 large spanish onion, sliced
2-3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 can beef consomme
Wondra flour (or regular works in a pinch but you have to sift it and whisk really well)

White rice - steamed/cooked, however you like it

Directions:
1. Coat bottom of large frying pan with olive oil
2. Add sliced vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook 3-4 minutes
3. Add garlic and cook 3-4 more minutes until vegetables are tender
4. Set cooked vegetables aside
5. Heat frying pan to med high, add sliced cubed steak and sear on each side
6. Add vegetables and can of beef consomme, bring to a boil
7. Sprinkle in wondra flour until sauce thickens and forms a gravy
8. Serve with rice, cooked however you want to
