2 lbs of turkey meat
1 loaf of Italian bread
1 egg
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbs of grated parmigiana cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Italian bread in water. Mean while place meat and all other ingredients into mixing bowl
Go back to bread and make sure it is well saturated with water and mushy soft. Squeeze out all water using a sieve. Place bread into meat mixture. Mix well with hands.
Heat oil in frying pan on stove or place the oil on a cookie sheet. (If using the oven, preheat to 350º).
Make meatball and place either in frying pan or cookie sheet.
When one side is nice and brown, turn to other side
Cooking time is about 25 minutes
