Ingredients:  
1/2 C butter
1 1/4 C white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C milk
2 C diced apples
1/2 C walnuts, chopped

Crumble Topping:
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until light and fluffy
3. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
4. Alternate adding the dry ingredients with the milk until fully incorporated
5. Fold in apples and walnuts
6. Grease bread/muffin pans
7. Using a pastry cutter or two butter knives cut the butter into the crumble topping ingredients
8. Place batter into pan, sprinkle with crumble
9. Bake 30-45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
