1 1/2 c. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans green chili salsa
1 c. water
tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown ground beef, stir until crumbly and then drain. Add onion, chili powder, 1 can salsa, and water. Mix well. Simmer until liquid is evaporated. Warm tortillas, then place spoonful of chicken mixture in center of tortilla; roll to enclose filling. Place 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour remaining salsa and enchilada sauce over tortillas. Bake at 350º for 30 min. or microwave for 7 min.
