4 eggs
2 heaping c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 T. lemon extract
2 T. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream or for less rich ice cream, substitute part half and half for cream
Enough milk to fill to "fill line"

Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and continue beating well. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
