Frozen Bread dough thawed
Flour for rolling out
Dijon mustard
Sliced Provolone
Sliced Salami
Sliced Pepperoni
Sliced Ham
Sliced Swiss cheese
egg
food coloring
olives for eyes

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out one loaf of bread dough to a 10 x 14 rectangle. Spread mustard on bread rectangle. Place sliced meat and cheese of your choice on 2/3 the long side of the rectangle. Roll the dough keeping it long to make a snake shape. Seal edge with water and place seam down on greased cookie sheet and form into "S" shape.
Mix egg and divide into small bowl and add food coloring. Use mixture to paint on snake markings. Bake at 350º for 20-25 min
Cool and add olives for eyes.
Great to make ahead and serve later.
