6 cups of apples,cored,peeled and sliced
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Butter cut into cubes.

Prepared pie dough
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar ,flour and spices
Pour into a pie dish with pie crust. Dot with butter cover with second pie crust. Beat Egg, Brush on crust.Cover edges with foil. Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce the temperature to 350 and continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes. Remove foil last 15 min.
