Tangy Coleslaw 1 Pound Green cabbage Sliced fine on slicer 5 Ounces Red onion Sliced fine on slicer 8 Ounces Carrot Shredded 2 Ounces Cider vinegar 1.5 Ounces Sugar 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoons Low fat mayonnaise ½ Teaspoon Salt ½ Teaspoon Ground black pepper ½ Teaspoon Chili powder

Directions:1. Poach boneless, skinless turkey breast in 160-180° water until internal temperature registers 165°. Pull apart using hands (HACCAP note: Always wear gloves when preparing ready-to-eat food). 2. Combine pulled turkey breast with BBQ sauce. To assemble sandwich place lettuce leaf on roll, 4 ounces of turkey with sauce and 2 ounces of Tangy coleslaw
