1 lb. margarine
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
3 eggs
5 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz candied cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine well,add sugars and beat well.Add one egg at a time beating after each. Add vanilla.
Mix flour and baking soda and blend into the margarine mixture.Add the cherries that have been quartered.
Place 1/4 of the mixture at a time onto wax paper and shape into 2" diameter rolls.Wrap in wax paper and freeze.
Slice when needed and bake 350º 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
