2 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
2 large garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pinenuts (pignoli)

Directions:
Directions:
Process in blender or food processor until smooth. Use to taste on pasta, vegetables, or a combination. Freeze in ice cube trays, transfer to plastic bags and have all winter.
