mixture for large cornbread
1 cups chopped onion
1 cups chopped celery
1 to 2 tsp sage
1 to 2 tsp poultry seasoning
about 1 cup turkey stock

Directions:
Directions:
Make a large recipe of cornbread. Add the onion, celery, sage and poultry seasoning and cook as you cook the cornbread.

Crumble the baked cornbread into a 7 x 11 casserole dish. Pour the stock over the cornbread until there is some stock floating on top.

Bake in a 425º oven for 25 minutes or until the dressing is slightly brown and a tooth pick placed in the center comes out clean.
