2 chicken breasts split, boned, and skinned
2/3 c melted butter
3/4c dried bread crumbs
3 T grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt..option

Sauce:
1/2 c apple juice or white wine
1/2 c chopped green onion
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in glass mixing bowl in microwave for 40 sec. on high.
Dip 4 chicken breast in melted butter.
Combine bread crumbs with cheese, spices, and salt.
Dip chicken into crumb mixture to coat.
Set aside unused melted butter.

Arrange chicken in 8x11 glass baking dish.
Cover with wax paper and micro on high for 9 minutes.
Rotate dish and micro about 9 minutes longer until chicken is tender.
Combine sauce ingredients with left over butter and pour over chicken.
Cover with wax paper and micro on high for 2 to 4 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spoon sauce mixture over chicken and serve.
