Ingredients:  
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry instant yeast
2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T onion flakes [optional]
2 T. olive oil
additional flour may be needed [see directions below]

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add the yeast to warm water and mix with a fork and let set
2. In a mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, salt and onion flakes; mix
3. Add the oil and yeast water to the flour mixture
5. Mix and knead the dough. Add more flour to dough if necessary so the dough is not sticky
6. Cover dough and let rise for at least 35 minutes at room temperature
7.You can place in fridge for up to two days and if you do this when you take out of the fridge allow dough to rise
