2 lb. ground ham
1/2 c. tomato juice
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients and form into balls (about 2") and place in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the ham balls.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
