1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1/3 cup vinegar
2 T water
2/3 cup salad oil
1 T sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
6 drops tabasco sauce
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sake dressing mix, vinegar and water in covered jar. Add salad oil, sugar, garlic and tabasco. Cover and shake to mix. Add onion rings and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
