2 cup diced, cooked chicken breasts
2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 cup crushed potato chips
2 tsp. grated onions
2 T lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated American cheese

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients except chips. Put in casserole; top with chips. Bake in preheated 400º oven until heated through - about 10 to 15 minutes.
