4 C flour
2 tbs baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c buttermilk
1 stick butter softened
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp or more cinnamon
2 c milk , opt preheat 400 º grease baling pan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder , salt and baking soda in a mixing bowl and mix well, Stir in oil and add buttermilk and stir until blended.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, Roll the dough into a 15x8 rectangle, spread the butter all over, combine sugar and cinnamon mix well, spread all over butter. Roll up rectangle into jelly roll shape,pinch seams to seal.Cut the rolls to 1 1/2 inch slices arrange the cut side up, bake until lightly brown 15 to 20 min. Remove from oven serve hot with milk. if you want
