1 (15 oz.) can roast beef or corned beef hash
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 egg (beaten)
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash, onion, and egg. Prepare muffin batter; add salt and cheese. Spread half of muffin batter in greased 8-inch square pan. Spread the hash mixture on top. Place the remaining batter on top. Bake in 400º oven about 25 minutes. Cut in slices or squares. Serves 4 to 6. Very easy and a good dish.
