1 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
2 T butter or margarine
1/2 lb. mushrooms (sliced)
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 cup Macedonian nuts (coarsely chopped)
1/4 cup salted pepitas (pumpkin seed)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender but not browned. Add mushrooms and saute until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Combine soup and milk in bowl. Add crab meat, nuts and 3/4 of noodles to soup mixture. Stir in vegetables. Turn mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles and pepitas over top. Bake at 300º for 45 to 60 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
