4 Ounces Zucchini Grated
1 Teaspoon Ground black pepper
½ Cup Low fat mayonnaise
13 Each Lettuce leaves
26 Each 100% Whole wheat bread

1. Combine drained tuna with next 4 ingredients (carrot through mayonnaise).
2. Make sandwich with lettuce and 4 ounces tuna salad.
