boneless
Seasoned & grilled with
cooking spray
6 Ounces Pineapple, fresh Small dice
2 Ounces Raisins
2 Tablespoons Scallion Washed, fine chop
3 Ounces Celery Small dice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Ounces Low fat mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Orange zest
1 Tablespoon Orange juice
½ Teaspoon Ground black pepper
4 Each Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grill chicken to mark and finish in 375° oven 15 minutes or until internal
temperature registers 165°. Let cool, pull into 1x2” pieces and chill to below 42°.
2. Combine next 10 ingredients (pineapple through black pepper).
3. To assemble: Lay lettuce leaf in center of tortilla, combine 4 ounces pulled
chicken with 4 ounces fruit mix and place on top of lettuce, roll into a wrap.
