2 c. sugar
2 c. four
1- 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
FROSTING:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, pineapple, vanilla and nuts in bowl. DO NOT USE A MIXER. Pour batter in 9"x13" greased and floured pan. Bake in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes. Combine cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Frost cooled cake.
