2 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add well beaten yolks and cream. Put rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Pour mixed ingredient over the rhubarb. Bake at 350º until custard is set. Make a meringue of the egg whites, whipped with 2 tbsp. sugar. Spread over pie after it is baked and set in oven until browned.
