3 lbs ground beef
Chili powder to taste
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (28 oz) Hunt's whole tomatoes, cut up
Paprika to taste
Red pepper to taste
2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
Brown sugar to taste
2 cans (15 oz) chili beans
2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef with onion. In a large Dutch oven or stockpot over medium-high heat, pour cans of whole tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, chili beans and kidney beans. Stir and add chili powder and rest of seasonings listed to taste. Stir in browned meat and onion; let simmer for one hour or longer. Serve topped with sour cream or shredded cheese and plain tortilla chips on the side.

Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen - reheats very well.
