1 Quart pecans
1/3 c salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fill quart jar with pecans, add water and salt to the top. Let sit for 30 min., shaking jar several times to dissolve the salt.

Drain for two hours on paper towels. Bake at 275º for about an hour - stirring occasionally.

The best thing about this recipe, is that there is no added salt or butter, as the salt has been absorbed into the nuts. Delicious!
