1pt sour cream,
1tsp baking soda,
2 eggs,
1cup of sugar,
1tsp salt,
2tbs of soft butter or margarine,
1tsp vanilla.
1 tsp cinnamon,
4 cups of flour.

Directions:
Directions:
in a large bowl put sour cream, then baking soda, and mix add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, add flour a little at a time, mix well after each addition. Pour onto a well flowered board. batter will be sticky, add more flour a little at a time so it is easy to handle. Roll out until it's about 1/2 inch thick. cut with a doughnut cutter. Fry in hot oil .425 degrees, when they turn brown on edges and the middle, then turn and brown the other side.
