1/2 c. milk
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 thin sliced round steak

Directions:
Directions:
Soften bread crumbs in milk. Add egg, cheese, and seasonings to bread crumbs. Mixture should be of a paste consistency. Spread mixture over round steak. Roll into compact roll, fold ends under as you roll. (The same way you would roll a wrap). Tie together with kitchen string. Brown meat roll in frying pan coated with olive oil. When browned on all sides, add to sauce and simmer for 3 hours. Remove meat from sauce and allow to cool. Untie meat and cut into spiral slices. Serve with pasta and sauce.
