2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Butter the size of an egg
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 8 inch unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cream butter and sugar; add flour, milk, eggs, coconut, and vanilla. Pour into two 8 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350º for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted into middle of pie comes out clean.
