4 oz. (3/4c) shrimp
1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 tbsp chili sauce or catsup

Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Cook in boiling water until opaque. Drain and chop Shrimp. In saucepan combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cook over medium heat until heated and bubbly. Add shrimp and cook 1 minute. Serve over assorted crackers.
