2 C cooked chicken
2 C instant rice (cooked)
2 C chicken broth
2 cans rotel
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans minestrone soup
16 oz velvetta cheese (cut into cubes for faster melting)

(Cans are 14.5 to 15 oz)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Heat to a boil. Ready to serve!
