1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sour dough starter (see recipe in this section)
1 cup warm water

PART 2
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
4 eggs beaten
8 cups flour
brown sugar
honey
cinnamon
nutmeg
pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
PART 1 -- Cream sugar, butter & salt. Then combine with sour dough starter (recipe in this section) and water.
PART 2 -- Mix yeast, warm water sugar and eggs, then combine with Part 1. Once mixed add flour breaking it into two parts (4 cups each). DO NOT KNEAD MIXTURE. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to one week. Bake as needed, spread a portion of the dough with fingers to 1/2 inch thick. Spread as desired with brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans. Roll and slice. Bake in 400º oven for 20 minutes.
