lettuce
spring onions
red cabbage
shredded carrots
red pepper
green pepper
frozen green peas
2 cups mayonnaise
3 Tblsp sugar
3 oz Parmesan cheese
slivered almonds
8 slices cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Use a glass bowl so you can see the layers and mix the colors.
Tear the lettuce for the bottom layer. Layer red cabbage, green peppers, red peppers, green onions, carrots, end with the frozen peas.
Mix the mayonnaise and sugar. Top the peas with the dressing.
Top with almonds, parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
