2 cup navy beans
3/4 cup sugar
2 T white syrup
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 T vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. bacon
2 cup tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans in salted water. While they are cooking, make sauce of tomatoes, sugar, white syrup, onion, vinegar and mustard and cook until onion is done. Thicken just a little with flour. Add bacon that has been cubed and browned. Add all to beans and bake.
