18 small potatoes
3 slices bacon (cut in cubes)
1 T butter
1/4 cup vinegar
1 rounded T flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 T salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion (slice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until soft. Peel and slice. Add sliced onion. Fry bacon until golden brown and remove from pan. To the bacon fat, add the butter and flour. Stir and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Let come to a boil and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon cubes on top of salad. Serves 4 to 6.
