2-2 ½ c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) quick rise yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. warm water (120-130º)
1 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and 1 tbsp. butter; beat on medium speed for three minutes or until smooth. Stir in remaining flour to form soft dough. Knead 8 minutes with Kitchen Aid Mixer. Cover and let rise 10 minutes. Divide into 13 pieces of dough. Shape each in to a ball and place in greased 9” round baking pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled or about 30 minutes. Bake 375º for 11-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 13 rolls Prep: 25 minutes + raising + 15 minutes + baking
