4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 16oz can pumpkin
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

*Icing
1 3oz block of cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups 10x Sugar
Cream all ingredients together

Preheat oven to 350. Beat wet ingredients until fluffy. Sift all dry ingredients and then add to the wet ingredients. Spread into an ungreased 15x10x1in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until the center is done. Cool completely and then spread on the icing.
