1 bag frozen chicken breasts
25 ounces of ground turkey
1 jar of jalapeņos in water
1 small can diced green chilis
1 sweet onion
7 stalks celery
8 cans of Great Northern beans
1 big can of Cream of Chicken soup
6 chicken bouillon cubes
Spices to taste- Celery salt, Garlic salt, Black Pepper and Red Pepper

Thaw chicken. Roll ground turkey into 100 too 150 meatballs the size of a dime. Cut chicken into cubes(postage stamp size). Chop entire celery and onion to your liking. Fill large pot with water 1/3 of the way. Put chopped onions, celery, can of green chilis and the juice from the jalapeņos in with the water and bring to a boil on high, then add bouillon cubes, should be about 5 minutes. Put the meat in the water. (boil until the meat is cooked). Add spices to your liking.(be more generous with black pepper not red. Bring down the heat to medium. Add can of Cream of Chicken soup(stir well) about 5 minutes. Add all the beans( cook till beans are tender usually about half an hour.

Serve with cheddar and Oyster crackers in a bowl carved from an ancient giant redwood or ceramic.
