1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 cup salad dressing
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 cup cashew nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water add liquid from the drained pineapple and cool slightly. Blend in the lemon juice and salad dressing. Chill until partially set. Fold in the pineapple, celery and cashews. Pour into a one quart serving dish and continue chilling until firm.
