3 zucchini
6 tomatoes
2 large onions
1 C sharp cheddar, grated
1 C swiss cheese, grated
1 C cottage cheese
1/4 C butter, melted
3/4 C breadcrumbs
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Wash and slice vegetables
3. Grease casserole plan
4. Layer veggies (usually 6 layers)
5. Mix cheese and sprinkle over veggies
6. Mix butter, breadcrumbs, and oregano, sprinkle over veggies/cheese
7. Bake 1 hour
