2 lbs swordfish steaks, about 1in thick
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup tomato sauce or catsup
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except fish. Place fish and marinade in plastic bag; seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Place fish on greased grill or in a wire hinged basket 4 inches from moderate coals. Cook 5-7 minutes per side. Brush or baste fish with marinade during cooking.
