1 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
2 T sugar
1 T instant minced onion
2 T vegetable oil
2 T dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg unbeaten
2 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Heat to luke warm the cottage cheese, sugar, minced onion, oil and dill seed. Remove from heat and add unbeaten egg. Beat well. Add the salt, soda and flour (about 2 1/2 cups or enough to make stiff dough). Let rise about an hour; stir down and put in well-greased pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350º for 30 or 40 minutes. Butter top and sprinkle with salt.
