8 T butter
1 t paprika
9 T flour
4 C hot milk
10 oz sharp cheddar, grated
1 1/2 t Worcestershire
3/4 t salt
1/8 t white pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, stir constantly about 5 min or until bubbles.
Slowly pour in hot milk, stirring until sauce is smooth.
Add Worcestershire and seasonings.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
Garnish with almonds.
Serve over Melba toast
